- Please use SMS text or email when you are:

- Corporate and Regional Leadership

- How do I reset my password or unlock my account through Q&A?
- A:
- After clicking the appropriate link to use Q&A:

- Enter your employee ID and click Next
- Verify your employee ID is shown on the page
- Answer the challenge question(s) based on your Workday information and click Verify
- If applicable, enter a new password and click Reset Password
- You will receive notification that either your password was successfully changed or that your account was unlocked

- A:
- After clicking the appropriate link to use SMS text or email:

- Enter your employee ID and click Reset via SMS
- Enter the code texted and click Verify
- Answer your security question from Okta
- If applicable, enter a new password and click Reset Password
- You will receive notification that either your password was successfully changed or that your account was unlocked

- After clicking the appropriate link to use SMS text or email:

- Click on the link in the email sent
- Answer your security question from Okta
- If applicable, enter a new password and click Reset Password
